2. Platform Description

resellacc provides a white-label storefront system enabling resellers to sell digital products using their own domain, branding, and payment gateways.

3. Reseller Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information.
• Maintain security of your login credentials.
• Comply with the laws applicable in your region.
• Ensure that customer transactions are legitimate.

4. Subscription & Billing

Resellers subscribe monthly. Free trial lasts 60 days. After trial, a valid subscription is required to keep the storefront active.

5. Prepaid Wallet & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled using your prepaid balance. Insufficient balance may result in orders being paused until topped up.

6. Limitation of Liability

resellacc is not responsible for losses due to misuse, fraud, or incorrect configuration by the reseller.

7. Modifications

resellacc may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use means acceptance of the updated version.
